Hi Guys I was posting some photos of the new mods. I did over the past week or so.

1. New Q-Logic Sub box that takes no trunk room
2. JL W6 12" Sub with a Alpine PDX 1.600 AMP.
3. Dynamat full trunk and rear speaker deck.

I just did the dynamat job on the full trunk this past weekend!

Car looks great, how's the sub, I wish I had the PDX 1.600 I just used my leftover PDX 2.150 bridged to 300 for now, but its not enough.

The Sub is Great I was looknig for something very good but would not take up the trunk room.

I have the PDX 1.600 running the JL Sub. U have a PDX 2.150 running the 2 8" door subs. and
a PDX 4.100 running the speakers in the car. I like the Alpine PDX amps alot they sound great
and there small.

Interested in the results of the Dynamat in the trunk. I drove my son's new V6 Pony Package coupe home from the dealership and noticed that the NVH was louder than my GT vert. I want to quiet it down and was wondering if the Dynamat does a good job.

Socal I've got a PDX2.150 pushing the lone Polk MOMO 12 I have in the Scosche box in the trunk that goes where the Shaker 1000 would have gone, and I have the PDX4.100 pushing the new Polk MOMO 8" door drivers with 2 channels and then the other 2 channels are pushing the 5 1/4" Polk MOMO component door speakers with the tweeter mounted up by the door handle. Then I've got the deck running the 6"x8" in the rear. It works great and sounds great acoustically, but for those times when you just want deep, shake your teeth bass its little lacking. I did install a RF active crossover to seperate the RCA sub signal from the deck to below 100hz for the 12 and above 80hz up to 250hz for the 8"s.

Bob I think the dynamat helps somewhat, but I had to do something with the LT headers and the Borla stinger mufflers. It is an improvement, but was somewhat more costly than I wanted to do and I still need to do under the rear seats and the doors.

SoCal how do you feel about the performance of the sub in the Q-Logic box? Is it a good enclosure? And where did you buy it from?

And the crazy question: With having the sub on just one side of the trunk instead of centered, do you notice that the right rear of the car sits lower than the left, or does it?

Forgive all the questions, just have been looking at the Q-Logic box for a while and am trying to make a decision.

nice sub box.. how deep is it? i'm using the scoche box and the alpine 12" type-x barely fits in there.. the q-logic box looks liek it makes a better use of that space.

and +1 on the alpine pdx series.. i have a pdx-1.1000 and eventually want to add a pdx-2.300 and pdx-4.400 the same way you're using them - where did you mount the amps? please tell me they're shown off, they're too pretty to be hidden.

Nice lookin' box. We've all seen pictures of your car plenty of times. In the future, maybe just post the pictures of the new mods. Otherwise it's hard to tell which ones are the new pictures.

The box will fit the type X I think. I was going to get a Type x but the guy gave me a great deal on
the JL W6 for about $50 more then the Type X. The JL W6 Is deep so I think it would be close.

Here are the Amps.
