Everyone seems to love the Mustang Commercials, so I always try to add them as they become available. I have 5 new commercials on the site now. Two are Mustang commercials and 3 are Ford commercials that show a clip of the Mustang.

I had someone e-mail me the "Mid-Life Crisis" and "1968 - 2005 Morph - The Legend Lives" commercials just this morning. I'm not sure if the person who sent them to me is on this forum, but if you are, Thanks for sending them.

Those are the 2 Mustang commercials, and then there are these three: "Driving American Innovation - Rebirth", "We Invented the Game" from Canada and "Thinking", also from Canada. Like I mentioned above, the last 3 are Ford commercials which have a clip of the Mustang in it.

In addition to these new videos in the "Commercials" section, I also have 2 other new videos in the "Ford Videos" section of the site.

Here's the link...

Enjoy!

Wow... I'm loving those new commercials! I think it would be an awesome idea to play that one Canadian commercial "We Invented This Game" during the Super Bowl. It would show Ford trying to flex their muscles in wake of being known as the "gasping for air" manufacturer. Also it would be a good idea to do a preview-type of commercial like they did last year for the convertible but this time for the Cobra. This will get everyone pumped up to fork out 60,000 for it. Haha Wait, maybe they shouldn't do that.

I like 'em. it was about time they made one of it just driving around, that the best part of mustangs is driving them.

I'm not sure but in the morph one it looks like a 67.

First of all - great site!

I listened to the Stock vs. Flowmaster video and I don't hear that much of a difference. Am I crazy or do they sound very similar?

Yeah, it kind of depends on the speakers too. The two systems have a similar sound, but it's more a difference in the tone of the sound, more so than the sound itself. Most of the difference with the Flowmasters are that they are louder, and deeper. Unfortunately, a lot of the difference seems to be lost in recording. The difference is a lot more noticable in person, and when behind the wheel!

It's been a while since I have seen one on tv too. I have Tivo set up for the Super Bowl just in case there is a new one this year though. I'm just curious if Ford will take an advertising advantage since the game is at Ford Field? I know GM is supposed to have invested heavily on SB advertising this year.

Great site Kenny,
We have been seeing a lot of Mustang commercials out here in Ca and seeing more GT's sitting on the Dealer lots.
I am :drive: my Mid Life Crisis now!
Thanks for making your site available to us and keep up the good work!

I don't understand why Ford stops ad's for them. Whether they sell or not its brand image to push, not just the one car. Not everyone buys Mustangs per se, but it makes even an Escape or Focus buyer's interest in Ford in general seem more exciting. Fords poor and outdated advertising campaign is one of its major reasons for loosing sales. Theyve had the same advertising company for years and years, and when your sales go down consistantly, you would think they would of dumped them a long time ago. Most companies will dump an ad agency after one year of sales losses.

I definitely agree with you on that! They need a more robust advertising budget or something. Some of the commercials are really good for the Mustang but then others fail miserably.
