Hello everyone, it has been a little while. I received my intake cover last week from Midwest, I was in on the group buy, and completed it a few days ago. I followed the lettering idea done by another member and added the running Pony as my own personal touch. It truly looks sharp in person. The workmanship on the cover itself is A+.

Beachboy, how big of a deal was the install ? i bought the same thing. I just haven't got around to putting it on (been to busy driving).
Dusty1, i think it was about 120.00 with shipping.

Nice job Bobby!
It was $112 including shipping if you were part of the group buy. Takes all of about 5 minutes to install. They even send you an instruction sheet that is in color. High quality piece that does have some weight, feels substantial, not cheap.

Thanks everyone! I really love the cover, the car deserves it. I think it truly makes the engine compartment complete. As stated above the cover was $112.00 with the group buy includes shipping. The cover is constructed of good materials and has a nice shine to it. The install was a breeze. The Pony emblem is held in place with 3M tape, I believe it is a fender emblem. I got it from Kevin The Source's parts supplier. The lettering I purchased locally, brushed aluminum vinyl. I used the other members idea, can not remember his name sorry. They are 1/2" tall with a total spacing of 11".
Chris thanks again for the poster, told you I would get into the new house once I was settled in.

Here's my installation. The cover came in last Thursday and I applied the decals I'd ordered from Kristi at FastSigns in NJ. The front space is quite bare but it will be filled shortly by a running Pony emblem. I, too, was part of the group buy and the cover is everything Rene' said it would be. It weighs about a pound, took 15 minutes to install - I spent longer cleaning the plenum! It is a quality product and really finishes up the engine compartment.
