Need advice on using the GoPro camera

Hey there, I just picked up a GoPro camera for an upcoming road course event and I would like some advice on where to mount, things to be cautious of, tips. Let me know, thanks.

hood, roof, and body side are all great places to hang the camera. Front fender behind the wheel, when there are loads of turns is cool.
Set up a mount between the seats for some great shots as well, but watch out for glare on the lense.
Take camera test runs before the road course,

I plan on a test run looking forward to the front tire and then another looking back just in front of the side exhaust. This weekend will be the first try.
