Mysterious exhaust pop at idle

Hi all !

So I bought 05 v6 5 speed this summer. Very recently, I accidentally noticed that at idle it makes very subtle exhaust pop. Also, once after sitting in a traffic jam for 1 hour the car gave me check engine light that disappeared later with no traces (none in ODBII history).

FYI, I did change the spark plugs, wires and coil pack just for a good measure ,right after I bought the car.

Do you have any ideas as to what this might be ?

Should I be worried about this? I think the pop is a result of a misfire which could damage catalytic converters. But why is it so subtle and only on idle ?

In the video you can hear the popping at around 1:20

Throttle Bodies are notorious for giving out strange problems, and most find that a cleaning is simple, cheap and surprisingly clear a lot of hesitation and response troubles. Do the simple things 1st.

I did clean the MAF sensor that goes into the throttle body. I am guessing I should also clean the "butterfly" thingy. Is that right ?

I would take it off and do a complete cleaning with Throttle Body Cleaner. all thru the inside. Can't go wrong. Don't force anything tho.
