My Stereos gettin fixed but i have a problem.

So they are sending in my shaker 1000 to get fixed for the **** skipping problems......picked it up later today and the stereo is sent off but now i realized that i dont have any speed settings on my air control. Its just a very low setting and i cannot switch it to the 4th setting to get fast and power air flow.......is this normal since i dont have the stereo in or should i take it in and see whats the deal? any help is generous thanks

That is strange, they might have accidently pulled the wrong wire out or something. I can't see how having the stereo removed would affect the blower controls. If it is going to be more than a few days, I would take it back. If it is only going to be a day or two, just make sure they know about it and fix it when the stereo gets put back in.

Make them get it right. Do not settle when the warranty is in effect.
