My new part installed

Just finished installing my new Hurst short throw shifter . I can honestly say that the difference between this one and the stock one is amazing. I know this doesn't give me any more HP, but it sure feels like it does.

Now all I have to do is decide if I want to keep the retro look of the white ball or go with something else, maybe the Hurst t-handle.

Gotta love the Hurst! The chrome looks great agaisnt the black and the white ball gives the interior '60's look.
After having mine in for a while, I actually cut the handle down an inch. One of these days I'll get around to posting pics.

Hey Bill, how's the NVH factor? When I put a hurst in my Fox body stang it vibrated and buzzed a lot. I'm wondering if your's makes any noise or if it sounds any different than stock when you're curising in gear? Thanks

So far no increased noise or vibration and to tell you the truth, I know that some people say it feels notchy to them, but not me. I can honestly say it is a 1000% improvement over stock.
