There shouldn't be any problem with taking delivery of a car regardless of whether the financial institutions are open or not. As has been pointed out, people buy vehicles on Sunday all the time (done it a few times myself). Dealer does an instant credit check; if it's good, you can take the car home after signing a few papers. Bought my '05 at 8PM on a Tuesday, long after the banks had closed.

YES THEY LET ME TAKE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I put about 110 miles one it. Its like 70 miles from the dealer to my house so yeah. OMG I love this car, I can't say enough
