1/7/05 via rail carrier

what does this mean? Will I ever get my car? How much longer? :bang:

haha i would love to have your dilemma.

They usually transfer them 2 different ways. My dealer told me that mine would be on a rail car and THEN a truck... maybe yours is just reversed?

 

Its on a train to the yard where it is then sent to the dealer by truck.

That's about all I know.

Been over a month since the build week? Wow I hope that doesn't happen to me.

 

Mine changed status too. It means it finally left the rail yard in Ohio. They are very backed up right now due to weather conditions. My dealer expects mine at the end of the week so hopefully yours will arrive about the same time.

My status as of this morning is "Shipped via Convoy Carrier".

Anybody have any idea how I can find out what truck its on? or how to track it? what company trucks to Central Florida?

 

My status was "shipped via convoy carrier" for 11 days, from 12/16 to 12/27. Then it was put on a train for FL. I think it's put on a truck at the plant, taken to the railhead in Detroit(?), then put on a train. Once it was put on the train on 12/27, it was in SW FL on 1/5. You're almost there, hang in there. It's so worth it I can't even begin to describe it B)

Mine was also first shipped convoy carrier 12-15, then changed to rail carrier 1-3. Just got the call from my dealer, its now back to convoy carrier - it's 120 miles away and coming home in the morning!

still waiting also. was built 12/21 . was to be a dealer 1-1 to 1-8 now they say 1-12 to 1-19. :angry:

 

Mine was placed on a train the 16th(which is a sunday) 1st is likely that it would be put on a train on a sunday? I have been given an ETA of the 23rd...Does that seem too early/long or what?
