nice, but be sure that they compensate you in whatever way (like a free car cover from the accessories catalogue etc. don't ask them to do it, just say that you demand it)

Congrats on the car, it's sweet!!! Like someone said, have it roped off or else you are going to have scuffs and scratches on the paint. Black shows everything.

Like any other business I'm sure Ford awarded the contract to the lowest bidder for their trucking. Don't smack Ford for the vehicles coming off the truck, kick the driver , and be sure to get his companies number to. Call them and

Very nice looking car I went up this morning and took a look at it.I didn't realize that the front end looked so low when you were standing in front of it. There were a number of us standing around just looking at this car.
I had a sales man ask me if he could help me,I told him I just wanted to see an 05 up close and that I had one ordered. He said they have one coming in that's not spoken for yet but not sure when.
Congrats and enjoy!

What a bittersweet moment,

you have your baby but you can't drive it, you just have to stare at it.

Have the car locked up with the windows up so people don't sit in it and get their grubby hands all over the interior.

I would seriously consider having them take that car off the showroom floor, a sign saying it's not for sale isn't good enough. I could just see some crackhead walking up to it finding out it's not for sale, and doing something out of spite.

It was locked up when I was there but I didn't plain on getting in or even touching it.In fact I didn't see anyone put there hands on it.But I'm sure there will be a number of folks that will not know it's sold tell after they try to open the doors.
I don't mean to sound negative but are you sure that it was damaged and that they are not just using it to draw in traffic? They seamed kind of proud that it was on the news and the internet and getting folks into the showroom.

Well, I just called CHRIS, at Bob Allen Ford 1-913-381-1300, and he said it was not broken, but that you, The owner, had agreed to let is sit there and show it off til' next week, until he had more. He said it was NOT damaged at all. Any ideas?????????????????????

I think he is a troll, why would you allow them to put YOUR car in the showroom.

I bet that car is for sale.
