Right on the money. I have been doing something similar. I go into the local dealers and tell them that I am interviewing dealerships for the purchase of my '05 GT pony. The sales guys kind of get a laugh from it. I explain to them that I am not a Ford guy buy nature but have been a mustang nut my whole life. If they can convince me that they are right for me I just may just become a total Ford guy.
Let us know how you come out.

Exclamation

"wouldnt not"... Would or would not?
JK

I figure if they bite, they know what to expect to make on the the deal. It saves both of us time with only serious replies. -You know, you're right, giving them my number may not have been a great idea.

Why do you car? It's not your car. It's mine. I like the clean lines without the spoiler. You like the spoiler. Buy yours with the spoiler, I'm getting mine without.
Decipher,

bad news for the both of us... on the canadian order guide there is no spoiler delete option...

hopefully that changes [/b][/quote]
 Yeah, that sucks royally. Not only do we have to pay more for something we don't want, but we have to pay even mroe to get it removed. It's a deal breaker for me.

Haha I just realized my typo in the last post. Why do you car?

Kahdir, sorry, correction, something along those lines i did when i sent out my email. I simply said i was looking to pre-order a Mustang GT to my specifications, and that i qualified for the A Plan, would that be a problem. Depending on the response was how i proceeded, one was very helpful, offering to send me an order guide in .PDF as soon as it was released, another that it would be no problem, and outlined the procedure, but the other two were, sure i could, give me your full contact info and ill get back to you with the information, and the other was simply yea, i can order your car. I went with the one who i interacted with the best, the one who outlined the procedure (i always went personally to each of the four dealers to make sure i was comfortable with my decision) So you're right, as far as this is my expectations, that was the right call, i more meant the 'ill put this amount of money down'. I dont know that i would have given a firm dollar figure, just because. And definitely would not give the telephone number out until responded to. That's how you get GREAT SALES NEWS ON 2005 ESCORTS! (not that they exist anymore, just sayin)
