Is my car totaled?

Long story short the rain was so bad i couldnt see so i tried to pull iver and wait it out but i hut a ditch and my car kept sliding into the tree. The airbags didnt deploy so the cop determined i was going less than 15 mph yet this bad of damage was caused. So what i wanna know is does it look totaled?

That seems to be a lot of damage for that slow of an impact. If it's close, just let them total it. Trust me, been there, most of the time I wish I had let them.

I'm not in insurance nor body/fender repair but looking at the displaced shock tower and the damage to/displacement of the door it looks none too good to me. I'd bet that whole right front end is verklempt. Stuff gets expensive real fast, especially when major body components are involved. Plus if they do get it "straight" I'd bet it won't be aligned properly. Time to start hitting Craigslist or

It's at lease six years old, front frame on the passenger side is very likely bent. I would bet they total it.

IMO it appears to look totaled.. I also agree that even if the frame can somehow be straighten, the alignment will never be the same again

I'd guess totaled .... but if not, a bent frame can be straightened just fine. People are afraid of it because of what they've heard ..... and for sure, and some frame men shouldn't be near a frame machine. Get a good one that knows his trade .... likely be OK if he thinks so.
