New to forum. Well just found out that my Lady in Red Torch Red Gt Conv with fanblades has been "bucked". By the sound of it it is on assembly line now. ETA 08/28 . Ordered 08/2/05
Dealer has been calling daily to plant for my 64e upgrade and they say it will be done but does not show up on their computer system.
Hope everything goes well as it sounds like I was a fortunate buyer and it seems I will recieve car within 1 month of purchase.

I live in WIndsor Ontario just across from Detroit and saw about 20 gt conv w/64e fan blades sweet on the shipping lot. I know they are coming....
Did not have camera but I will try to get pics today and load tonight if they are still their, but hopefully they are gone to dealers...

Suppose demand in Canada for verts isn't quite as high?

 

Congrats Ian. You only live a few hours from me. Who knows, someday we might cross paths at a car show.

 

Demand is not as high as Florida, but you'd be surprised how many verts are driving around.

 

I went around to 5 dealers in area they all told me nov date of delivery, went to small dealer in amherstburg, ont about 20 min out of big city. they had a car on order for stock only, awesome sales rep changed order to suit what I wanted. I have a good friend inside of FOrd that is able to track shipment daily.
Again need to give all thanks to awesome ford rep in amherstburg JOE MELOCHE for making this happen.......
Now waiting!!!

What do you mean by "bucked".

For a week now I have been told that my car as of 8/16 is scheduled to be built the week of 8/15.

What should be the next thing I will be told?

 

bucked from what I understand and have been told, car is on assembly line being built. I was shown my vin# and also me engine vin#. I was to be scheduled also the 16th but it was not till the 19th that it was actually in production.
Now it is waiting game

Ian you lucky dog!! my stang is stuck in the "sequence "mode since8-12. I suspect the 64e issue is to blame.I ordered 6-6. The good thing is that i live in fl.
It's actually waaay too hot to drive w/top down during the day. Oct.through may is daytime vert weather here.
