Mustang TSB help

I wanted to know if there was a TSB for the radio buttons rubbing off, which a lot of mine have, and if there was one for the windows, such as clanking and not a very smooth up and down. If there are what does this mean? Can I go to a dealership and tell them and they will fix it free of charge? Thanks.

Well if it's still under the bumper-to-bumper they will probably fix you right up

If my car window made any noise it would be at the dealer in 4 minutes. I don't know why people drive around for days/weeks wondering what to do about something on a new car...

Now if its not under the factory warranty: Joseppe musta say, Caio...

Seriously, what year is it and is it still under warranty?

I would think so, its bumper-to-bumper and a stereo is not a wearable part like brakes...

You can try recalibrating the windows. This is from the owners manual:

If a window loses its calibration, your short drop
feature will lower the window, but will not raise it again when the door is
closed. To re-calibrate the window, pull the switch up to raise the
window until it completes its travel and hold the switch up for 2
seconds. Another possible effect of lost calibration is that the feature
may not lower the window. To re-calibrate the window in this case, lower
the window until it completes its travel and hold the switch down for 2
seconds. Immediately after releasing the window down switch, pull the
switch up to raise the window until it completes its travel and hold the
switch up for 2 seconds. Perform Short drop re-calibration with
doors closed only. Re-Calibrating with doors open will cause the
window to continuously bounce back.
