We had a real bad incident here with a young driver and a mustang. A kid (early 20's I think) was racing a neon at about 2 am on one of our busiest roads. He lost control and hit a phone pole at over 100 mph. Both he and his girl friend were killed. The driver of the neon is being charged with manslaughter. Some of the newspaper articles took the angle that it might have been because he just bought the car and wasnt used to the power.
