Hey guys, tell us your real world gas mileage!
Let us know if you're V6 or GT, auto or manual.
Tell us how you've been driving. I assume that you guys are driving wildly (I would ), but let us know if you rev it up every chance you get or if you're driving normally. Also let us know if you stay on the highways or back roads.
Thanks guys!
PS. Lets keep this thread for the Mustang owners. I don't want to see it cluttered up with other types of comments. I know, I'm a jerk

I run a GT and have been across the spectrum as far as how it's driven. I believe you have to pick and choose your "attacks" and cannot just drive around constantly rippin into it. It kills the car and also attracts alot of attention from ticket happy members of our Crown Vic sportin law enforcement men and women.
That being said, I still only have less than 300 miles on the car and she's THIRSTY. This will of course improve by around 1,500 miles, but right now I'm sad to say it seems less than 15 MPG on average.

Ive have achieved nearly sticker MPG from my 2005 GT.
17.0 mpg City
22.8 mpg Highway
Of course I have also seen much worse than this, because with all the power the Mustang seems to have its hard not to let it loose.

I haven't done the numbers like you guys have, nor would I want to (I commute on the highway so I really don't want to factor in mpg there). Anyway, per my little computer dash thingy, I am averaging 18mpg overall in a manual GT. BTW, this is my first manual so I am still learning it, and consequently learning how to drive it for mpg.
