I understand how hard it is to make a buck now-a-daysbecause Im an active duty veteran. I called the owner of Mustang Magic, Joe and asked him toemail me a custom tune performed by his shop. The owner Joe, wants to charge$100 to send a simple email with a Tune attachment because he has to make amechanic stop working to send an email. ****, I really cant believe that wasthe response I got. So, while Im out fighting for Joe's freedom, my vehiclethat HE custom tuned, will be sitting in a garage un-drivable because Joe needsto make a buck.
Who else has had bad experiences with Custom Tuners in America?

Did they previously dyno your car and have the tune saved so it's easy to email? If so, that's ridiculous. Customer service isn't the best there and the shop is dirty. They do however do good work at reasonable prices.

I've got a DiabloSport inTune from American Muscle and never have I had a problem or had to pay for a tune. I've modded my Stang and they've sent me new tunes at no cost. Maybe next time you should go that route.

Thank you for your service, you are the true heroes not sport figures or politicians.
