Yes, the fact that companies move manufacturing to China, Mexico, etc. certainly does not imply that those cost savings are passed on to the consumer.

They are passed on to the stockholders of course... but the history and whole idea of "Trickle Down Economics" has proven so far that things don't quite "trickle down" as the theory reports.

The fact is the rich will always crap on the poor... that's the way it has been throughout history and that's the way it will continue to be until this planet ceases to exist I'm sure.

One can hope that it will change, but the phrase, "when heck freezes over" comes to mind.

And BTW I would NOT buy a Mustang if it were made in China.
