hOW IS THE MID MUFFLER SYSTEM? iS IT REALLY THAT VINTAGE SOUND THEY CLAIM?

Hey guys, just to let ya know, I ordered the Pypes MidMuffler system and Pypes O/R h-pipe from brenspeed. The MidMuffler system is apparently on backorder from Pypes so it will be late Feb or early March before I get them. I researched exhaust sounds heavily and decided to go with the mid muffler. When I get it and have time to install, I will let you guys know how they sound if you'd like. I plan on just running the O/R h-pipe with stock mufflers till I get the midmuffler system. Oh and by the way, Seth at Brenspeed is awesome. I had several questions about particular setups and he was very eager to help. The video on their site was actually of his car with this setup, which is what finally sold me on buying it. I highly recommend them. Now if Pypes could just hurry up and get those midmuffler systems made already.....

 

I got the violators installed today and I am very satisfied with the sound. Nice big block tone. Louder than stock but not annoying. No drone at any speed. The chrome 4" tips are nice too. Install was straight forward with no suprises. A good buy in my opinion.
