Picked it up Dec 18 and put 2400 miles on it by Jan 22 when I tucked it away in storage and went back overseas . Since I won't be back until June, I may in the running for a "least miles" in some future thread.

I bought mine Jan 29 and just hit 3k. This car is so much fun to drive I go everywhere in it. It had 200 on it when I bought it and by the end of the first week was at a little over 700.

the trick to keeping miles off of the car is to parm it in an inconveinent (sp?) place. Like...an unattached garage with a manual door. With it being so far away, and having to get out and close the door all the time.... Most likely, you will wait untill the last minute to leave to wherever you are going anyway, and you'll take the closest thing, even if you could make it up on the road with the Mustang. At least thats what I do....I've had my 65 for 5 years, and only put about 4,000 miles on her.

Hey, it is, what it is. When I lived in California and my commute was 100mi a day, putting somewhere between 40k-50k a year was the norm on my vehicles.
When I took over the 66' when I was 16 the car had 32k original miles, most of which was in Rhode Island, where I'm originally from, only so many places to go there.
Moved out west to the land of wide open spaces coupled with friends all over the "Valley of the Sun" the car had 92,000k on it 2 years later when I sold it.
I don't quite have the commute I used to in Cali, but I cannot stop driving this car! I actually look forward to driving into work everyday. I've started eating lunch at home, because I can drive it when traffic is down.
I think you start to get the idea that I love to drive
Had it since Jan 12th, looked at the milage today... 4,900, by Monday it'll be 5,200 I guarantee
