"For those of you who did not see my first post a while back, I was able to get an upclose view of the 2005 mustang because I run an Auto Show down here in West Palm. I know the pictures are grainy, sorry. Hope you enjoy " - Tony G

I never stop marveling at how hot this car is. We haven't even begun to see the possibilities. The GT-R is just a hint of the hot rods that are coming. The SEs and SVT cars are gonna rock so hard. The GT is awesome in its own right, but, the future holds some incredible cars. It is a GREAT time to be a mustang man.

Thanks for the pics, burningman...never get tired of new media. It's cool to see the '05 next to a current model!

glad to have you aboard. Maybe someday GM will get their heads outta their a**es and make a good muscle car again. I always liked the F-bodies. I wanted a Camaro SS real bad. It just wasn't good timing (college, kids, etc.).

crazyhorse: I hear ya! One day they will, but that day isn't coming soon. After I saw what Pontiac did to the Firebird, the GTO, the Grand Prix, and then the Grand Am...well, I had to bail. I'm not a truck guy, and at GM, if you're not into trucks, you might as well walk.
Ford loves its muscle car guys! The '05 is proof of that!

Best pictures yet. Wonderful comparison not only the present Mustang, but to a typical car produced today. The 05 is unique and will stand out among all other cars today. This car embodies both CLASS and TOUGHNESS at the same time and it will appeal to a very broad market. Overall, FORD has done a remarkable job with this car. I hope this thing will be as big of a hit as I think it should be.
