Military Car Sales

I ordered mine through e-mails since there is no dealer where I'm located and picked it up in Heidelburg. Delivery was one day late but I didn't complain because I was also late and vehicle reg and customs had closed. Overall it was a good experience and this is the 3rd car I've bought through AAFES and never had any problems.

Folks,
I have nothing but good things to say about the ENCS guy at Stuttgart (Mark Mitchell). Ordered a GT Convertible 1/28, recvd VIN in Mar, produced 4/18, shipped to port 4/20-22, on boat, arrived Germany first week Jun. Some folks believe the prices are inflated but they're set once you sign and as for uplift prices, about $600 of that was eaten by Ford increases. I also got a $1250 rebate from Ford and a $300 delay rebate from ENCS for late to port (not their fault).
For what I paid I got exactly what I wanted in color and eq and am sure it was less than what I would have paid a stateside dealer to ship overseas given info in earlier TMS posts on GT Convertibles. For reference, new GT Convertibles through a German Ford dealer in Stuttgart are going for 48000 Euros not Dollars (o/a)$57000, new GT Coupes 42000 Euros (o/a) $50000.
Happy with my GT Convertible!

The only thing bothering me right now about ENCS is whether or not my "2006 Estimated Uplift" will be going down from $779 to the actual up lift of I think ~$200. Am I understanding it correctly that the uplift is just put on there to allow for the base MSRP price increase? Even if the uplift didn't go down I am still getting it at about $1k below MSRP, but an extra $500 would definatly make my vacation in September a little nicer.
