Mid America Ford Performance and Shelby Meet
#1
The 2004 Mid America Ford Performance and Shelby Meet is this week in Tulsa,OK.
I live in Tulsa...so of course I'll be taking a look at all the mustangs there, but I still don't know what Ford will be showing. Last Year it was the production Ford GT and the Convertible Mustang GT Concept.
Is any one else coming or have any word on what Ford is showing?

www.midamericafordmeet.com has schedules and info on the track events but it's still a mystery as far as what Ford will actually display...and I've got a digital with a 256 meg flash card so I'll be taking plenty of pictures.

If I'm a betting man, I would think the attendance would be down due to the fact the NMRA race will be in Kansas City this weekend. Since this is the first time an NMRA race will be held in KC, turnout should be interesting..
If I wasn't going to the NMRA, I'd be up for the trip to Tulsa..

Had a GREAT time (as usual). B)
Spnt Friday afternoon at Hallett hanging out with some friends. Got to go for a wild ride in a 66 GT350H, and a spin thru the grass. Had to do some business on Saturday (got my trip paid for that way), and spent Sunday at the show. Other than that shower Sunday AM, seemed like a great event. I don't know about the other events, but it didn't seem like attendance was down at all to me...
