that was kind of a retarded article.... but thanks for sharin'. What I think is more retarded is that the Evo is the 2nd most desired car? where did they do this study? I'm disappointed in men..... I'm glad I married a woman.... and she likes that I like Mustangs. .... and I'm cool that she has selected the 06' Charger R/T to be the family car.

Not to offend anybody, but car shopping with a woman is one of the most frustrating things I've ever done.
I have helped a friend and my wife go car shopping. Both times when I initially asked them what they wanted, it was two things. It had to be "cute" and in a certain color.
At least I can point out the colors...

Funny comment about the Charger and making the HEMI badge bigger and more visible - so you can see the car, read it, and know it has 'MORE'.....
When are they gonna put the badge underneath it that says
'HEAVY'....
or
'UGLY'?.......

That is why the Mustang GT has four headlights. Not because men want more headlights, but because those two extra headlights -- Ford calls them "fog lights" but, really, they're headlights -- are only available on the V8-powered Mustang GT.
But this isn't the first time CNN misrepresented the truth....

Funny, my wife loves the new bugs, especially the pastel color ones (now tossing my lunch uncontrolably at the thought of a pastel colored car.)
Also, I will admit, I wanted the GT over the V6 because I wanted more.

For everyone commenting about ranks....this isn't representing the actually desirability of the car. It simply represents the most sex sided (heh heh.....sex-sided) car. Wth the evo in 2nd it just means that the majority of the buyers (or desirers) are men. The mustang is a much more desired car than that is, there are just a lot of women that like the mustang too, so that keeps it off the list. The msutang gt is more desired by men, but there are enough women that want it to keep it off.

Actually they are certified fog lights to industry standard. Tai-Tang was bragging about it.
But this isn't the first time CNN misrepresented the truth....

LOL Alrighty then....
Ok the truth to be said...this article is so so true. I see the point to the fog lights. We have a GT because we wanted the fast car and Ford adds little things to it so the difference can be displayed. Anyone thats just looking for a daily driver and enough HP is happy with the V6 and could careless for the fogs and dual exhaust.
Its all a marketing thing otherwise Ford would have both GT's and V6's identical with the only difference being the GT badge on the V8. Just my opinion after reading the article.
Good find and funny as well.
