What did you find under the orig GT badge? Love your hood, Does it duct cold air to the airbox before the filter or after...many mods to make it fit and work???
The hood is functional! It ports to the MMR CAI. It is a perfect setup.
There are 2 holes under there for alignment of the badge. Right now they are filled but I have a V281 badge that looks like the one of old. I will be putting that on there in it's place. It just didn't look right with the GT300 stripe and the GT badge.

Alan ~ Nice car. Looks just like the one I ordered. Except I got leather w/o Active Anti-Theift. How about some pictures of the interior? Congrats.

Thanks Ron. That's a Mustang scripted emblem I got from SS Inserts. They sell it to put inside or out. Wish I caught it all in the pic. Though they're hard to see, I got the tri-bar horse emblem from California Mustangs that I put behind the front wheels just where the "GT" emblem is on those. Like I stated in the Interior Dress Up section under the My Woodview Kits thread, these look darker & richer in person & not tacky at all. And mixed with the Satin Nickel finish, they compliment each other. My salesman went wild when he saw it & called the rest of the staff out to look & they loved it. I'm very pleased with it.

I like it on the console and the stack. Especially since you didn't cover the stereo. That's overboard, IMO. I'm not sure about the door handles yet though.
Do they offer any other woodgrain patterns?

I guess this will officially be my first post. I've been holding out until my mustang came in so I could post a picture, but it keeps getting put back a week. This will be my first official car purchase. Anyone have any advice about the car to share? I only got the v6 because I thought it would be better on gas mileage since i drive about and hour to work everyday. It's windviel blue with the sports package, graphite leather interior, Shaker 500 system. That's about all I know about it right now. Hopefully I can post a picture soon.

I've been lurking for a while, chatting privately with a few folks here and there, but this is my "first post".
I took some pics of my baby, the "Defiant", this afternoon on a break from work... the poor thing is absolutely filthy, but he's still beautiful to me (I know 99% of people refer to their vehicle as "she" but A) being a female myself and B) given the throaty snarl this thing belts out, I think it is most definitely a male car!)
Here are the pics:
Sorry about the ridiculous vertical length of this post... couldn't figure out offhand how to use the URL/IMG tags to line them up side by side.

Defiant may be filthy, but he still looks awesome. Glad to see more redfire pics. And his interior, I have I.U.P. but I still think the standard looks great The stering wheel & shifter upgrade was a great finishing touch. Lots of luck with him.
