On another note, my dealer just called and told me that my redfire GT coupe premium, 5-speed (with IUP, red INT accent, wheel locks, side airbags) that I ordered on 2/6 is scheduled to be built next week. That puts delivery around the middle of March (or 6 weeks for the date of order).
Too cool for school! Future's so bright I gotta wear shades.....and all the rest of that stuff that makes me happy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm in OH. Personally, I think the dealers are more at fault than the factory is for delayed orders. Some dealers haven't been particularly honest with the customers who have ordered....perfering to put their own stock ahead of those ordered.
In addition, Ford (and GM, Jeep & Honda) have plants in OH. If dealers around here didn't play straight with their customers, their customer base would shrink substantially from the outcry from the employees and those people the employees sponsor for ownership.
