Excellent taste in colors/combos!
My car was built on April 15th. The ERL said "as of April 15th, your vehicle is scheduled to be built the week of April 11th." I got mine 10 days after the build date. I hope you enjoy the same quick turnaround!

I can only Hope... I would imagine from Detroit to VA and Detroit to Oregon isn't pretty close to the same. I know mine will ship via Rail since everything around here such as cars comes in via ship or rail.

However, my car did come by both rail and convoy carrier (at least according to the VOPC). Richmond is about 627 miles from Detroit/Flat Rock, Michigan. You never know, Ryan. Maybe your train will have fewer stops between Detroit and Oregon. Keep an ear to the ground for her!

May 16th is my build week too.
Called earlier today for an update and my status had been changed to
Bucked
I am almost there!
Down side to todays update was my eta has been given to me
eta is set at June 20
a full 32 days from build to delivery seems like quite a long wait
Anyone else from this build week
been produced or bucked?

"Bucked" means the car is on the line being built. "Produced" means the car has been completely built and is ready for either final inspection or ship.
I called yesterday and my ERL status hadn't updated. I haven't called today but all signs indicated I was built or at least started yesterday. I hope to have "bucked" at the minimum when I call today .
I was hoping that some fellow Week 16er's would post that their status changed!

I just called and got "as of May 18th, your vehicle has shipped via convoy carrier (whew, no, no train). How long from Michigan to Foxboro ? I may have it next week ? I am having palpitations, where's my nitro.............

I haven't called ERL yet. But my dealer e-mailed me to tell me the system status updated to "bucked" yesterday and that my ETA is 6/11. Of course that date is about +/- 20 days of when it could show up. I'm still hoping that I have it by the end of may .
So far it looks like May 16th :: knock on wood :: is going with out a hitch for most of us.

The one they messed up one took 7 days after shipped by convoy carrier date.
I live with-in 300 miles of plant. I understand that they ship all the way with
truck then, but more distance places they go by convoy carrier to their holding
lot waiting for train cars.

ERL keeps telling me that I was suppossed to be built yesterday, but she won't update me now. :bang: So now I am anxiuosly awaiting for an update from Kzinti (sp?) from over at B.O.N. People from around Cleveland have been getting thier cars in less than a week from the plant, so I hope to be driving her by next weekend or sooner!!!!

Me too. Followed up with my salesman and was told it is built and ETA is by May 31st, coming all the way by truck (YES!). Put my request in to make sure there is no dealer sticker on the back. I hope they sandbag that estimate so I can get her by the weekend.

Update (if you care !). This morning ERL says as of May 18th, shipped by rail carrier. So, I call Ford Customer Care, thinking that I can go stealth to find out where my car is; after all kinds of questions, I get the rail car number and a new ETA of June 2nd, then I search the forums and figure out that the number is for CSX, try their automated tracking number and she says that there is no info, so I call CSX and they tell me that it has been transferred to ST railroad. Can't find that anywhere.
now I know why there is the option for analyst on the VOPC.......I've bought into this tracking sickness and I need help......thanks for reading.

I know for me I called on Sunday and ERL updated saying I was shipped via Convoy Carrier on the 19th. Most people are getting their car 10 days after either their build or ship date. So if that holds true I'll have my pony the 29th.
My dealer e-mailed me to say that my ETA is June 11th. If that is the case it means my car is going to sit in a holding lot for a very long time. I can't imagine it takes more then a week for a semi to make the trip from Flat Rock to Portland.

Mine was built Friday and the dealer called me and expects it tonight or tomorrow morning. I know its coming by truck, but ERL won't update me and Kzinti over at BON says no way it'll be here tomorrow. My salesman wants this deal to close by Friday. We'll see......

Congrats, Stadifier. I decided to wait until today to call. I missed the bucked and produced messages and ended up with released by the foreign plant.
I can now proudly say that mine has been born, and, I hope, between convoy, rail, and container, I'll see it in about a month.
So now...the next phase of waiting begins.
Congrats to all who have now been built, and best wishes to those that are still waiting.
