ok, maybe I'm just blind, but...

Is there a manual trunk release inside the car anywhere? Not that I would really ever use it (would use the trunk button on the remote), but seems odd that they wouldn't have one...

Yes, I think there is one....you lower the rear seat backs, crawl into the trunk
through the resulting access route, and pull a little toggle thingy, then jump
out through the trunk lid opening....then you put stuff in the trunk and
close the lid....and maybe you can still get back in the car if you didn't lock
the doors!

On pages 65 and 66 of the Owner's Manual it has a section that includes the following:

"To open the luggage compartment door (lid) from within the luggage
compartment, pull the illuminated “T” shaped handle and push up on
the trunk lid. The handle is composed of a material that will
glow for hours in darkness following brief exposure to ambient light.
The “T” shaped handle will be located either on the luggage
compartment door (lid) or inside the luggage compartment near the
tail lamps."

Now...I'm not saying it's there because I don't have my car yet, but someone that does might go out and verify if they find it or not...

No trunk release drives me insane. If I take that car out, she comes home with something in her trunk. Keeps me inventive popping it from the fob.

My husband said- your'e crazy, all cars have one. I invited him to search for it, and was proven right.

Thats thing #3 that aggravates me(1 and 2 being the air blowing, and passenger side staying locked after you turn it off and open the DD)

Only thing that agrivates me about the trunk release on the remote is while walking away from the car and trying to chirp the alarm on hitting the darn thing and having to walk back und latch it.

I STILL have trouble unlocking the passenger door, I try clicking it twice and it won't work, twice really fast does but if you hit it too many times the alarm starts blaring, thats really friggin annoying.

My wife found it and says it works. I love this picture. It makes me laugh everytime I think about it.

Most cars have that now, so you can't go locking people inside. Really you’re in the MOB, I'm sure it's easy to disable.

I can't believe I'll have to pop them to prevent any escape. I gotta dig the hole myself now?? What a letdown.

It’s not like the good old' days is it? Times are changing. You can always buy a old Cadillac, my friend had one man you could fit like 5 bodies in there. And I know first hand! Seem's I've said to much...
