uhm... what is this?

It's called Mobile Ease. That's all the info I have. I assume is cell phone-related.

I just noticed they removed that stupid looking seat lever from the side of the seat back. (the one that was at the top to allow you to lean the seat forward)
Good to know Ford was still thinking and making MUCH needed changes right up to the very end.

I wonder why Ford has the concept style wheels paired with BFG g-Force KDW 255/45/18 tires in all these pics showing the different colors? I've noticed it on a few pics on their website also. You can tell by the tread pattern and the narrower sidewall, as these are the tires that were originally paired with the 18" fanblades. I suppose these pics are photoshopped. I feel like I'm being teased with something that isn't attainable in the forseeable future. :bang:

Great pics, by the way Brad.

its still there, but on the rear, as opposed to the front...
As it interferes with side airbags.

To clear up, the lever is on the side WITHOUT side air bag option, but the lever is on the rear of seat WITH side air bag option. (I think the air bags are stored in the side of the seats -- or -- the air inflation device is)

What a HOT picture of the GT engine... I already fantasize about waking up on a chilly November morning, turning the (hopefully good looking) key and hearing the generous rumble of my very first V8... make the pain of waiting stop Ford, pleeeeeeeeeeeeez

I am pretty sure Photoshop was not involved. I do not recall where (probably SIGGRAPH), but I read a few years ago that Ford was mainly using computer graphics renders for most of their advertising, to save the expense of photo shoots. This allows them to adjust the angle and lighting, and use any color vehicle, to fit whatever scene they may insert the car into. So, it would not surprise me if they use a composite of various elements (like a different tread pattern).

Thanks for the pics Brad! These are the first good pics I've seen of the standard instrument panel and the lt graphite interior combination, which I plan on ordering.

I so wish this car had an option for nav.

The all black interior looks awsome, absolutely.
I was playing with a customers Garmin portable aftermarket one today. Unbelievably easy to use and touch scroll and enter addys. He got it for only 960 bucks! Easiest nav I have ever used, and compact but very readable.

The 'fob' thing IS in fact Fords optional hands-free phone control.

The two cloth ones are manual seats from a V6 with side air bags(no power) the leather interior shows a power seat with no airbag. All mustangs(and just about any 4 seat coupe) have a remote lever on the back of the seat to let the seatback go forward to let passengers in without loosing the recline position setting.

First, how can you tell it doesn't have the side airbags?
Second, that's good news. That means I don't have to order the air bags to put that stupid thing where it belongs... on the back of the seat.

SRS seats have to have visible tags or labels on them, the mustang uses fabric tags.

I did some searching in google, this is what I came up with. Ford is hooking up with spring to offer a bluetooth phone system, when someone enters the car with the phone it is intergrated into the audio system of the car

News Article

Sprint Bluetooh Phone

the cost is $415.00 Cost Breakdown
