LOST MUSTANG?
Sometimes things don't work out as planned. This very thing happened to mine too!
No issues other than being the first to into an empty holding lot. First in-Last out, stinks donkey *****.
Mine sat in Flatrock for nearly 2 months over Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years...
Built on Nov 22nd, I finally got my hands on it Jan 12th.
It'll show up.

Ordered my Mustang the first week of January, It was built March 22nd, as of Friday April 15th, VOPC automated system has stated this update since March 22nd. Being a Ford Dealer Manager, I called and spoke to a person about my car, She said she would start a "Trace" on my car and to call her back in 72 business hours. Im thinking my car was damaged, or has mech. issues. bottom line no mustang and long over due here at my dealership!

I had the same problem. My car was built 1/26 and was supposed to arrive at the dealer 2/5. It still was nowhere to be found 3/8 when I discovered that a friend of a friend worked in the holding yard at the plant. He checked it out and found that my car was "lost" off of the computer system. There was no ship order, no service order. It was just pushed to the back of the lot... Anyway, once my guy called, I got the car in about a week. I don't know what the answer is. I called customer service 12 times and wrote three emails with no evail before the inside source straightened it out. My advice is to nag your dealer to talk to the regional rep to get to the bottom of what's going on.
Found out the tenitive results of the "trace" that the good folks of the "VOPC" placed on my GT, seems now that there are about 700 mustangs on a "Quality Hold" and they have no idea why! They also stated that the rail car shortage was over as well, I have been told to call beck on Friday for another update, they gave me a Reference # to track my GT now as well as my order #. Im glad that this is not happening to one of my customers ordered GT! as a dealer, I can wait, although it is very hard to do!

I love Monopoly.
ok i really think ford needs to organize and prioritize orders better for 06.....i read people signatures who have ordered before me and r getting their car after me.....its a messed up process. allocation has to be delt with more accordingly. im glad the delays r over but its still alittle messy
I think Ford needs to get all the orders out for the '05's before they start building the '06's. Set a cutoff date for the '05 orders, but build what's already on order. If they can build '06's, why can't they finish the '05's??!
I thought mine was lost but now she is here! Only been waiting since December 04! I still can't get her until I come up with TTL. She came a month earlier than planned, so she is hiding out at the dealership for another couple weeks! I have to sell my current 86 GT for the TTL cash, but anyway, here she is...ain't she pretty???
