Ordered my Mustang the first week of January, It was built March 22nd, as of Friday April 15th, VOPC automated system has stated this update since March 22nd. Being a Ford Dealer Manager, I called and spoke to a person about my car, She said she would start a "Trace" on my car and to call her back in 72 business hours. Im thinking my car was damaged, or has mech. issues. bottom line no mustang and long over due here at my dealership!

Did you sign papers on your car already? If you did and the car has not left the plant yet, all of your information has dropped off the system because the Dealership has reported it sold. Happened to me on a customers truck a long time ago. Ford can find it but it takes longer because they have to hand touch all cars and look at the Vin# to verify. It will get to you. Keep calling and buggin them untill they find it. It is the Dealers fault if you signed papers.

I don't sign up anyone until I have verified it is on the rail car to our area.

If you want it, there is a "market adjustment"

It wasnt a black Gt with spoiler delete by chance was it? Someone posted on gere a day or two ago that their car came in but it wasnt built right. Wouldnt that be a huge coincidence if he has your car.

Mine is Performance White (Premium) with black leather, UIP and bullitt wheels.
If and when it shows up, I will be going over the entire vehicle with a fine tooth comb before I sign up for it. My dealers says that if I want to take another GT thats inbound, or just order an '06 it's my choice, I'll have to wait and see how this turns out.

RTS/GT,

I have phone numbers for the rail yard and the Ford division office. You can call these with your dealer code to find out. If the rail yard has it , that means it is in Titusville. If not, then you will call Unice at Ford Division for a search.

Thanks, but I have all of the munbers you just mentioned, plus I helped out a Flatrock plant manager with a loaner last July when I had his Taurus towed in and repaired while he was here visiting Disney World. He was really greatful for us helping him out, so he gave me his office number at the plant, looks like its time to call in the favor!

I agree. It's nice to have those in the hip pocket.
