For what it's worth, I have the Spec-D Tuning version of this headlight. They're not exactly the same but...

Light output is decent. I find it to be better than stock, but nothing exceptional. They are not aimed at all when you get them, so you'll want to make sure they are aimed properly...which is an absolute pain in the ***. They must be completely removed and reinstalled for each adjustment

The bulbs are also a pain in the *** to change...while attempting to change one of the high beams, I dropped the clip inside the headlight housing. So with nothing to hold the bulb in place, I have no high beam until I find time to take the headlight off and fish the clip out of it.

The LED halo is very dim, so don't expect much out if it. The other LED's, however, are quite bright and light up street signs very well. Although I do have switchback turn signals as well, so I can't say for sure how much effect they have on the perceived lighting.

Overall, I love the look of these headlights, and they do get a lot of attention. I have no regrets about buying them, and I will buy them again in the future to upgrade the halos to a brighter version along with HID's when I have more time to tinker and more money to waste.

Again, I do *not* own the Raxiom brand of these. So your experience may vary in some aspects.
