Limp-home mode/Emission warning light, help!

Alright TMS
I haven't been here in a while due to school and work, but I come to you guys for assistance.

I was driving on the highway when all of a sudden my mustang goes into limp-home mode. I put it into neutral and restart it on the freeway and it's fine for the rest of the time.

Since then limp-home mode has been kicking in whenever it feels like it.
I'm also getting the emissions light, which could mean i'm misfiring...
I have a C&L street intake, Bama 91 torque tune, and FRPP stingers.
I re-flashed the tune and the emissions light disappeared as well as limp-home mode.

It could be the recent down pour here in southern california that's making my mustang act up. Before I take it into the dealer I wanted to ask the TMS guys for advice.

Thanks in advance guys.

Two things I would try off the top of my head are make sure your maf sensor is clean and also you might try flashing the computer back to stock and then reprogram again.

If this happens again you need to retrieve the DTC Codes and post them for us to help. Sounds like it could be a TPS issue. I seriously doubt the rain has anything to do with it. Unless of course you have the notorious water leak on the passengerside.

Grab the codes before re-flashing anything.
That tells exactly what happened.
If re-flashing the tune worked, I doubt you need to put in the stock tune again.
I've seen heavy rain do funny things to cars even without notorious water leaks.
Get the codes and we can give more ideas.
(On the bright side,if it never happens again we don't need the codes.)

I checked my owner's manual and the symbol was for, and i quote, "Emission System".

After reading into it, it's a "Service Engine Soon" light. And says the OBD is detecting a malfunction.

but after a reflash the OBD seems fine...

The Service Engine Soon light can mean just about anything. It lights up with about 2,000 different problems, and the only way to know what it means is to read the code with the X-Cal. To check the code with an x-cal, plug it in while the engine light is on. Then scroll down to Read DTC's, and see what codes show up. DTC means Diagnostic Trouble Code.

My 06 V6 did the same thing. I took it back to the dealer and they replaced the throttle body. They told me they were having a lot of problems with that part on the V6.

hmm i'll see if it pops up again and try the DTC code.
and hopefully my whole throttle body won't need to be replaced :/
