I think this was already discussed, so if it was could you direct me to the thread. I read in the local newspapers about a dealership saying that the mustang would be limited production. Is this true or dealer bs?

I'm wondering if they mis-sstated what every other dealer is trying to pull over on people.... a "limited availability fee." It's not limited edition.... dealers are just trying to capitalize on the fact that they are a little hard to come by at the moment...

tell them to pound sand.

thread bump

I've talked to 5 dealers, and three of them have all told me the 2005 was a one year only bodystyle, and the 2006 would be completely different. One nearly hung up on me by calling bs on him.

It's amazing what a dealer with tell you to get you to sign on the dotted line. As if any Ford dealer is going to have a problem selling the new Mustang. Heck i was in the dealer showroom yesterday, the only car people wanted to see was the Mustang. The dealer says this is the busiest he has seen his dealership showroom in many a year. Don't worry with the high demand for the 05 there will be lots.
