LIGHT GRAY INTERIOR

This post was not intended to offend anyone who opted for what they liked. I just noticed that the majority of the Mustangs I have seen have the dark charcole or even the tan which I am assuming are the more popular interior colors. When I saw the light gray or graphite as they call it, it reminded me of my old Pontiac Fiero color interiror that I had in the 80's. I never cared for it back then so certainly it was not a consideration this time around. I guess with certain color exterior it can work but either way is not my cup of tea. I actually think both the gray and tan insides look better without the silver dash but the dark charcole is much nicer with it. Put it this way, the Mustang is a sports car or muscle car however you want to put it and IMO when I think of a sports car I just think colors like red, silver, or black for the exterior and black / charcole or tan in the inside. No harm done... Just expressing an opinion thats all...

Gary, No harm done here cannot speak for anyone else. I was just having some fun myself. Heck, if everyone liked only one interior color and material that would be truly boring. We all have our own tastes in our cars. That is what is cool about Freedom

My Civic has gray interior and after dealing with it for 3 years I couldn't take it for the life of my Mustang. So I opted for Dark Charcoal even though I do like how the tan looks with the Mineral Gray. I too may regret it when summer comes but that is what the A/C is for.![Thumb](https://themustangsource.com/forums/images/smilies/thumb.gif)

With the MG exterior you definately made the right choice. In fact I was going to go with the parchment interior myself but I ended up with custom dealer intstalled two-tone red/black leather seats that look amazing. I just couldn't pass it up. I do like the two tone med parchment very much.

This thread is pretty pointless IMO. I have light graphite also.
Does your small brain get lonely in your big head??

Not to detract from the thread, but I did order the medium parchment because I like the way it looks with MG (and I like to avoid A/C - even in the summer). I think the Light Graphite would have made it look to monotone.

Two-tone red and black sounds really great, too! I just wanted something basic myself, but I always appreciate the look you get after that kind of extra effort. Enjoy!
