Leather console cover?

I remember seeing it somewhere, but can't locate it now. Does anyone know where I can order a leather console cover?

Thanks!

http://www.mossmustang.com/Shop/View...eIndexID=57210

here is the complete replacement

Also,
Check out http://forums.bradbarnett.net/forumdisplay.php?f=86 he is a member here and does a hotsheet email.

I am looking to get one of these also. If we can gauge enough interest maybe we could get a group buy going...

Check with Kevin from Clevenger Ford!

BEFORE doing that though... I would check with LEO_06GT ... he had some not-so-nice things to say about the cover.

Yup I bought Pleather wrapped replacement. There isn't much difference visually or comfort wise. If your going to spend the money I'd get a custom one at an upholstery shop. They probably even be able to embroider something in it for you. Here's some pics showing the factory lid with the upgraded factory lid.

I pretty much already knew the OEM armrest was not leather. It isn't even called leather in the Mustang brochure. I thought I really wanted the appearance package with the stitched dash and armrests, but couldn't get it on the GT/CS....in hindsight, I'm kind of glad I didn't.

Has anyone used this? I beleive its the one used in PSH:

Unfortunately, it isn't available yet. For the price, it may be worth it.

I am waiting for this one because no one can match this price for leather.Redline is twice the amount. You can do it yourself however. Not sure how much you would save/spend though

Padded Armrest

I bought the Redline leather cover and then put strips of foam -- the kind that you seal door and such with that is sticky on one side -- under the leather cover. Then I stretched it over the armrest cover. The padding definitely provides some good elbow cushion.

Thanks for the photos. How is the fit? It looks a bit loose in the photos.

Nice find Donna. The California special armrests are cool, but its a bit pricey at 129 smackers. Those leather door armrest accents are cool too.

I read on here somewhere where someone civered theirs, just stretching to over the stock cover and stapling it in place underneath with some foam under it for a little more cushion.

I have a big piece of black leather and some 1/4 upholstery foam that I got from a leather shop. The leather is 27" by 17". It's plenty enough to do one armrest, but I bought it to do two. I was going to do mine and my girlfriend's car, but never got around to it. I always though the stock cover was a little hard on the elbow, which is why I got the foam to go under it.

I ended buying the complete matching two tone Redline kit, so I want be needing it. I paid $50 bucks for the leather and foam. If anyone is interested in giving it a go, shoot me a PM with an offer and I'll get this out to you.
