Leather and would never get cloth again. Had leather in my last 3 vehicles As long as you treat it properly it last forever

I have light graphite leather in my WVB vert and love it. I treat the seats with Meguires Leather Conditioner and Cleaner and it looks good.

I'm ordering with cloth, but I'm replacing it with Katskin two tone leather. And it's even vinyl on the trim (bone) and leather in the middle (pacific). Like others have said, keep it clean/conditioned and it will last forever. I've had Classic Soft Trim on my Altima for almost 3 years, looks brand new.

V6 Pony with Leather and ISAP. I had to make up somewhat for all the cheesy plastic in the interior.

Torch red with red leather. I have always owned cloth and finally decided to go with leather because it looked soooo good with the Torch Red. Now that I have leather - PROS real easy to keep clean, seems to have more support, looks great. CONS back sweats too much. I could use the a/c all of the time (of course, I'm in Texas and it is Summer) but I don't. I cheat on hot days and put a towel on the seat and hold it there via the headrest. I will stay with leather in the future b/c cloth tends to fade and hold odors (food, dogs etc., not the 'other' odors you may be thinking of )

I'm just starting to wonder if I'm the only GT owner here that got the cloth instead of the extra cost leather (and vinyl).
Nope your not the only one - I've got cloth
Didn't like sticking to the leather seats when I wear shorts!!

Got leather because didn't care for look of the cloth. If it wears like it looks, I doubt that cloth would make it a year with my booty. I also hated in my last car as I would settle into the seats, the cloth would cause my pants to ride up and if I wore a flannel shirt it would get all twisted around.

It never gets too hot or too cold here so the leather is great.

I have cloth in my GT because of the heat in the summer and cold in the winter. I live in Chicago and it gets pretty cold here. I also like the look of the ponys in the pattern.

I got the dark charcoal "leather trim" which is mostly vinyl, I expected more leather and less vinyl.

I ordered cloth with my GT. I did so because, I plan to get a seat cover with a little bit of yellow in it to create a black/yellow color theme inside the car as well. So getting leather would have been pointless, unless if I was gonna get it painted or something. Which I did not like.

Guys shouldn't have to worry about leather getting too hot....unless you wear daisy dukes...then I'd be wondering about something else.

GT with Dark Charcoal Cloth. Looks great. I was a little concerned because I couldn't find one in person before I ordered. I really like the pattern. Went cloth to save money and avoid top down baking.

I ordered charcoal leather in my 06 GT. When I was gonna get the V6 Pony, I was going to get cloth because the seats didn't look sporty. The GT leather seats look retro like the rest of the car, I think.

I got cloth because dogs and leather seats DO NOT go together well. And of course, the cloth seats are cheaper. Mostly though, I got them because of the dogs. -Marci
You're allowing a dog in your stang? *gasp* I can't even imagine.

Dave, I got cloth too. I like leather though, so I think I'm going to get leather (fake leather) seat covers on the front. When I heard the leather included on the Mustangs were fake leather in the back, I couldn't justify going leather. I saw some Type S (cheapo brand?) faux leather seat covers that looked ok at pep boys. I think I'm going to try those if I actually get my car this century.
Is it really a big deal that the back seats are fake leather? So far, in 5 months of owning this car, I haven't sat in the back seats once. Sure, my kids have sat back there on occasion, but I doubt they even realize it's not real leather back there. You really can't tell by looking that it's not real leather in the back.

For $700, I sure as heck demand real leather. Otherwise what's the point? I can buy vinyl covers that look pretty good for probably less cost.
