Saturday I had to get a dog crate for my jack Russell....So I get out on my side, Hubby gets out on passenger side.. These two ladies look straight at HIM and say "we'll trade ya". He's like No thanks(minivan)

This morning I went to the shop a snack for essentials......a beautiful redfire 94-99 driver looked at me "trade ya" I look at him like he is nuts.... he says "please?" So I tell him his car is lovely, I like it too. He says well I loooooooooove yours.

Anyone else getting offers of trade on their lovely horses?
At least they are asking you to trade, all I get is "can I have your car".

Hey Eleanor,

You should be ashamed letting that pretty thing get so dirty. If you don't have an extra hose that will reach to the garage, I can loan you one. Mine too has been in the garage, and yes we have been rotten weather.

Wash Me, Wash Me, Wash Me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yes, I have a hose , but I am not quite fool enough to catch pneumonia washing her- it takes like 2 hours to do it right, and I just don't have the energy to take her to the touchless in Pelham. She willl get washed next sunny day we have which according to my friend Mickey should be about the 12th of never.

Even doing it wrong is better than not doing it at all... The last wash was a month ago? You should be ashamed... :nono: I live in the grim north up here in CT, and when it gets above freezing, I wash it. No point in doing a 2 hour job, since the melting snow and wet roads get it filthy all over again pretty quick, so I'll do a quickie 20 minute job.

So I say if you have a hose there, and it's 45 degrees and not currently raining, that's good enough to wash it. A pair of dish washing gloves makes the job tolerable. B)

I haven't been asked to trade or anything else. All I hear is "Do you like your car?" Wonder what gives them that impression

Its finally above freezing here, and I'll be washing my car. Gonna be 50 tomorrow, not a cloud in the sky today and 50ish, which is weird because in January and February generally when there isn't a cloud in the sky it gets unbelievably cold and windy here.

Maybe you should move to warm sunny Ohio to wash your car (by thursday I won't be able to say that until June - then I'll be saying our sky is so grey you want to slit your wrists just to see color (Cleveland has more cloudy days per year than Seattle)).
