just started acting up
Hey guys. Im new so hope this is where this post goes. I have a 2006 5 speed gt. As I was out for a drive the car started to act up.while going through the gears without getting in to it hard she started to buck and bog down at times in first and second. After second gear she acts fine. I know its not a transmission problem. It does it after its been run awhile and is warm. No check engine light just not running right. Plugs were changed 6,000 miles ago. Thanks for all you help.

If it runs fine when cold, it could be something to do with the air/fuel system being in closed loop. I'd check the sensors (MAF, O2, IAT, etc). There could be one going squirrely on you.
Can you data log? Might help to see if any sensors are giving unusual readings

In a way it sounds almost like the TSB for air bubbles forming around the fuel pump pickup, but that was supposed to happen after hours of cruising.

Not necessarily yet. We can still try to figure this out through more traditional means. Data logging might've made it easier though.
If you do take it to the dealer, being bone stock makes it a lot easier. I bet the first thing they'd blame would be a tune or some other mod. Just keep in mind depending on your area, they can charge $100 an hour, and usually they still charge that first hour for diagnostics, even if you don't have them do the work.
