hey all i ordered a black 07 gt about two months ago and im still clean/unscheduled. i have a priority of 10 from my dealer to. I was told that the 64W wheels i ordered would talk longer to get on the car so i am guessing this is the reason for the long wait. anyone have any idea about how long the wait for these are?

 

I have seen others on here get their 07s in with the 64W rims so I am not sure about that excuse. Maybe Ed can shed some light on this?

getting x-plan and have a P10 from dealer - and I am still clean/unscheduled too. I'm getting antsy. A buddy I work with bought one off a dealer's lot 2 days after I ordered mine and he is rubbing my face in it everday. I really want mine with the spoiler delete - that's why I ordered it (hard to find on a dealer's lot). It'll be worth the wait!!!

 

It doesn't sound right to me either. Mine has 64W wheels and I received the vehicle from date ordered to date driven home in 4 weeks. I purchased it from a big city, high volume dealer. I got lucky, but I am not sure you're getting straight information.

 

I ordered mine on 05/01/06 with 64W wheels. I'm still clean and unscheduled. It's frustrating when you see guys ordering there cars and getting them in one month or having them scheduled for build 13 days after ordering it. I think my main problem is I ordered from a small dealer whose order is apparently not a priority. Oh yeah, my PRIORITY CODE is a 10 too. I don't think the code # matters much. I think it mainly depends on how much $$$$$$ a dealer generates. Small fish get pushed aside and the customer waits. No wonder why their stock is only worth $6.58 a share!!!

 

yea i was in the same boat as you. ordered from a small dealer where i got my truck from. o well though the salesman is a good guy so i decided to go back to him. well i called erl today and guess what i have been serialized now i just have to wait for the dates.

 

called erl today and found out i have a build week of the august 21st. september cant come soon enough.

 

There was indeed a commodity delay on the 64w wheels and manual trannys before the factory shutdown in July. I haven't heard anything since, so I'm guessing the suppliers got caught back up while Ford was down for 2 weeks.
