anyone have any info on PROGRAMMABLE MODULE INSTALLATION (PMI)?

anyone have any info on PROGRAMMABLE MODULE INSTALLATION (PMI)?
on my third shaker...this didnt get done

now i have no illumination

the dealer has never done this before and aid they dont know how

it appears that i need Section 418-01 of the workshop manual

i have section 415

I'd suggest looking for another dealer to do your work in the future. If they do not know how to program modules than I'd hate to see what else they are still in the dark about.

this is the 3rd dealer i have tried with the radio issue

LOL...My Differential sprung a leak and I wouldn't even take it to the dealer for that. Opened it and re-sealed it myself. I'll avoid them as much as possible...
