I just noticed that if you press and hold the MENU button, it displays the radio station call letters and and on some stations it show the artist and song title. I never noticed this before. Been driving it around for two days without that feature. I learn something new about it everyday!

I wonder if that depends on where you live too? My Mom has a Ford Explorer and when she's at home in Oregon I noticed that the radio would not diplay that info, but when she visits me near Seattle it works.

not all stations send out the RDS data stream.

I remember reading one time that a radio station used it to stream a message how another radio station sucked
kinda funny.

Previous mustangs have it on the Mach460.1000
Mine just shows the call letters or station name though,
like for 102.1 in Toronto it says "The Edge"

I belive it has to do with the stations ability to transmint in a digital format.
Just my two cents.

Yeah I like the feature but it depend on the station to send out the signal(I think). I have some big stations in the city that have it and then some local smaller ones that don't.
