Got it today. There is an article in there regarding the Mitsu warranty issue that was voided because they found out it had been in the SCCA event.

The article quotes major performance car manufacturers. All say if you race or track it, your warranty is void. Except Ford. They say SVT sponsors track events and backs up the cars that are damaged during it. Go Ford.

I put this in S197, because those buying an S197 SVT vehicle may want to praise Ford for stepping outside the box.

I wouldn't guess there would be a problem, unless you're there every weekend, using slicks, and breaking axles.

Its within reason of course.
Abuse is not covered...track or no track.

Read over on the svtperformance site...
Ford has voided warranties as much as the other car companies...but its within reason as well.

Mitsu is just being stupid GIVING you the membership and then VOIDING your warranty....abuse or not.
-> Say your tranny goes...and you were at the track. They'd probably void your warranty just because 1+2=3 even though, they may have not been directly related. Just bad luck.
