Here's the deal: I've been working out a deal for a black on black leather '05 GT manual trans car with the wheel upgrade but the standard interior. The car is absolutely bloody marvelous but in order to buy it, I need to sell my 1969 Porsche and 2001 Jeep. If I do the deal, I'll have the 2005 GT and my 1989 LX 5.0L notchback to play with. No brainer right? Being Mustang guys, I can forsee this but look at what I'd be giving up:
I love my Porsche and Jeep but that Mustang... Do I need two? Why is life so hard?!?

Sell the Porsche and 89, keep the Jeep for the winter. The Jeep looks good. I had one for 10 years, put 208,000 miles on it with original clutch. I loved it, put it on the beach down in Hatteras many times, no rust on it when I sold it. Pays to take car of your vehicals, they take care of you.
Well that is my opinion on your ordeal anyway. The Mustang is a great car for the price.

I would wait and keep the jeep and the porsche. The porsche is a good investment and will bring top dollar around the 40 year old mark ...so 2009 and up .
The jeep is great every day go anywhere transportation .
If it was me I would wait a few years and then pick up a corbra or a mach 1 ....might as well have it all

Sell the Jeep and the lx stang But keep the porsche make payments if you must have the "must have car of 05" I am in love with the 05 but parting with a classic like that would be a mistake :nono:
Just my opinion

i agree with everyone else that's put in their two cents- keep the porche and jeep- i have a 79 jeep- all original- i wouldn't sell it for anythign! not even the mustang..... i'm waiting till 06 so i can put down a hefty hefty down payment- then that way- i have a brand new car that i wont be upside down on in two years! lol - good luck

I would keep the porsche,
As much as I love mustangs, you are going to get rid of a car that does not depreciate for a car whose value will drop the minute you drive it off the lot.
Somehow if I were you I would figure out a way to keep the 911, you don't see too many of the old ones around here, whereas in a year or two the S197 Mustangs will be all over the place.
