Thumbs up

Orders get pulled on Thursdays, and the info gets updated on Fridays. I'm next in line at my dealer. I'm PRAYING that when I call tomorrow, I get the news that I FINALLY have a build date. Is that too much to ask for ?

Anyways, post your status as you get the "good" or "bad" :bang: news.

Well I didn't get pulled, but that because my baby is already built. Although I do have new news on my status and I didn't want to start a new thread, so I'll shoehorn it here.

My car is shipped via rail!!!!!!!!

After consulting with my handy-dandy Dealer Status Inquiry Glossary, I'm still unsure what C/U means. There is a U/C ("Unscheduled/Clean") listed but no C/U. I am curious because I keep reading this in posts, but still haven't seen it spelled out. Please enlighten me!

"C/U" is lazy for "Clean and Unscheduled"

When ya call the unspoken line..... It says Clean and Unscheduled. Has not been serialized at this time......BLAH, BLAH, BLAH, BLAH, BLAH....... If the dealer doesn't give me any good answers today, I might go look for a new 4x4...

Hehe, I did! Luckily though, some of the friendly folks at The Mustang Source reignited my fire.

I don't know what the deal is..... I ordered from one of the largest dealers in the Hampton Roads area, I know it's not a allocation issue. I know it has nothing to do with the dealer. It's just disheartening that alot of us ordered in November and then there is people that ordered two weeks ago getting pulled already. There is something very wrong with this process. I'm starting to wonder if Ford doesn't want to build the ones previous to the price increase..... Who knows. All you get is speculations instead of facts. They need to just put you in line and do a certain amout of orders a month or week, no matter where they ordered from. They need to fix this. I can see if you waited 5 months if you ordered before a vehicle is released but not when a vehicle is in full production. Should take no more than 2 months. I really want this car, the way I want it. But this is BS.

Yesterday my dealer told me they had an eta showing to the dealer of 3/29. but no build date and no vin. Today he called me and gave me my complete VIN. But he still has no idea if they built the car or when it will be built ......
