ITS OFFICIAL.....
I dont know if this has happened before but their was an 05 Saleen at the Concourso Italiano in Monterey this past weekend, now I know it was with the Saleen company so that is one reason why it is there and I know that Ford has unvailed cars like the Ford GT and Shelby GR1, and I am sure there has been some classics in the Concourse de Elegance but the Italiano???? this just seems wierd, but very cool, Saleen couldve very easily brought just the S7s and S7 TT and the Ford GT they did, but they felt that the 05 would get enough play or else why would they bring it, good to know that our cars can hang and get the respect that goes to the expensive italian exotics.....

Isn't that color tungsten??? Did they repaint it, or is it perhaps an '06???

In Delaware I saw a Satin Silver '05 Saleen... but I always suspected the first one was a repainted '05. The funny thing is, with all the threads about Tungsten Grey and Titanium, etc. etc. nobody has commented on that car's true color until you did.
Way to go, hawkeye!

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say it is Tungsten, or at the very least, Steve Saleen got the codes from Ford that were used for the Ford GT and the Shelby Concept Roadster. It you recall, when this car was announced, it was THIS color. Not Satin Silver. THIS color. (IMHO)
