Hey, correct me if I am wrong. Is that the DLO FM transmitter? If it is, he has it plugged into the second power point that is in the center console. That is one slick idea. This way, the iPod is out of the way, and it doesn't take up dash space up front. I have been thinking of getting that one. Can you tell me how well the sound is? I already have the iTrip, and don't want to have to buy another if the sound quality is the same, or comparable. I just like the idea with having it near the radio, docked and charging with the adjustable holder arm it comes with. My iPod slides around on my seat. Let me know if you don't mind.

Thats an FM Transmitter. Yeah, Its a Dflo. It also charges my Ipod...Sound on it is great(especially with the 1000)...only have had issues on the tallest bridge in the city....but not to the point where i had to turn it off. I like having it in the center console, cuz its not noticeable. and out of the way....I keep the station tuned to 95.5 and preset on number 4! It's the best thing ever...but i still manage to fill the 6 cd changer. Lid closes and you dont know its there. Let me know if you have anymore questions, or want more pics....!

I have had that DLO for about a year. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT! There is tons of interference from your other power point, alternator and motion to the unit. It aslo is a pain if you leave it plugged in, it overcharges your battery thereby limiting its life span. I had to get a battery replacement, and i got the belkin system that is on ipod.com . Just a thought guys!

My friend has the Belkin and the FM signal has to be changed about every mile or so when driving due to poor signal strength. I do not recomend the belkin.
As a camparison, my Sirius is broadcast via FM and I change my FM signal maybe once when traveling 150 miles in any direction. I live in Cleveland and driving to Lima, Columbus, Cinci, are all fine with maybe one switch due to the station your on becoming active once in other cities.
The Belkin however can't go do 5 minutes down the road without fading out....
Let me know how the DLo works, I hear its the best one for strength of signal...

I have the Monster iplay...it is incredible...unbelievable sound and it will match the Mustang Interior well....it's black with a silver ring around the powerpoint and a red power light in the center lighting up the Monster logo...very cool, but most importantly the sound is tops with no fading or interference...very clean and crisp!
