Well My wife has an 01 Bullitt and I have an 05 GT. The 05 interior feels huge to me compared to her car. I have to have the seat way forward in my car and all the way back in her car! The Bullitt fits me like a glove and as much as I love my car I like the way I feel in her car better and I have driven it across country twice and it is the most comfortable I have ever been. I am 5'10". My wife says that her car feels bigger to her than my car does. She is 5'2". I think it has a lot to do with the placement of the pedals. So for you I bet the 05 will be big enough. Definitely worth going to a dealer and sitting in one!
