It's high enough already.
Seriously, if you never intend on cornering fast ever again and want to melt your rear tires burning out go ahead.
In the "old days" I jacked my rear end up with air shocks. That should still work, but my car spun out more than once because of everything being shifted forward. Oh, and I blew out my front springs.
Remember a Yukon can't really corner as a stock vehicle, so who cares about handling.

I've seen a car with the Cervini side exhaust and they have a new rear valence that is about 2" shorter so that the car still sits the same height, but you can see the pumpkin and the tires more and it does look really bad a@$. I'm not sure if there are any other exhaust options that would look good with this, but Cervini sells the kit for $1200.00 which seems expensive until you spin out your car and smash it to pieces using air shocks.

Heres an option if you are looking for the old school look. Drop just the front with lowering springs and keep the stock springs on the rear. Just dropped my pony all around. Did the front first on night and I gotta admit it did look old school. The tail was up in the air like we all used to do in the 60's & 70's. Now if you want it to look really old school get taller tires for the rear as well. Your handling will suffer ,but the ride will be about the same.

If you're all about style over substance, then jack 'er on up, but that'll just raise your CG and kill your handling.
The problem with the Stang is not that its **** is too low -- it's already approaching the flood-water pants category -- but that the front's too high. If anything, as mentioned above, drop the nose an inch or so (but no more for a street car or you'll loose significant suspension travel, not to mention possible alignment issues).
But if you're really more for substance over shallow style, drop the whole thing an inch or so to lower overall CG and improve handling AND looks, i.e., gain style AND substance at the same time.

I agree. Lower the front and go with a slighly "lower tire" 35s 40s. Put some big tires on the back 285 or 295. this is what im doing. and the look is just what I was after. I may go with a 1" wheel spacer to get the right "look"...

Seriously, Lots of good advice on this page. Don't do it... If you jack the back end than whats next? Shackles? Traction bars?

We're both from NYC and slamming is not an option. I'd say try lowering the front first and see what that does for you. If that's not enough try what SRQ05GT suggested with the bigger tires and the spacers.
Oh yeah... NICE bra!

Mine came with a 0.8" rake to the front from the factory and has an old school look as you are talking about. Just a little saucey rake to make it noticeable and not too low in the front, that it interferes with driving.
Maybe try a small drop front only and go from there.
She also wears 35 profile rubber on 20s and that is enough increase in height to keep her off the ground at 5 1/2". Consider also, after the adjusting, a few weeks later, she will settle too.

I had air shocks on my 68 C/S, never had any handleing problems or breaking parts. Possibly too far back for me remember, naa. It was awesome for the day. Bright painted rear axle, brake drum and wheel wells. We were so Kool!
