Working in insurance for several years now, State Farm's current reputation is that they're the most customer friendly in the business, at least regarding their willingness to pay claims. And no, I don't work for State Farm. I'm just stating their general reputation w/ bodyshops in both Florida and Ohio.

Very sorry about your car. I can say from personal experience this car is built like a tank. I got t-boned in mine and nobody was hurt bad. You would never know the car was even damaged now. Good luck getting things taken care of!
